Loretta is a Phoenix Business Journal Top Women in Business honoree and a National Council of Negro Women - Metropolitan Sun Section of Phoenix Woman of Excellence. She is also a Past President of the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the President of the Arizona Chapter of the National Speakers Association.

Prior to starting her consulting company, Loretta worked at Fortune 500 companies such as Apple Computer, Sega of America, PDI/DreamWorks, Bank of America, Sears and Kraft Foods. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Chicago.
